With the expertise to provide both short and long-range wireless power solutions, this team will be able to help its clients from the first steps and advise them on which style of wireless power transfer is best suited to their needs.
Both Powercast and Powermat have been involved in the wireless power market for more than 10 years, as such this team will have a great amount of hands-on expertise. A team that can provide both inductive and RF power transfer may influence its client’s decision on which solution is best, ensuring that solutions are optimised for the purpose. There may also be some hybrid applications in the future that could take advantage of both modes of power transfer in different scenarios.
