Aito raises a further €1 million to fund its haptic touch technology

Haptics hardware technology company Aito announced it has raised another €1 million from Dutch bank – Rabobank.

Aito launched its haptic trackpad solution at CES 2020. This is a piezo based solution that uses piezo discs to both sense force and provide haptic feedback. Aito provides the Aito Haptic IC and Aito Controller IC in a module for its haptic trackpad solution but can also offer these as separate chips for designs where both are not needed, e.g., providing a piezo driver only.
