JBL, a global leader in the portable speaker industry, announced its new party speakers at CES last month, the PartyBox Club 120 and the PartyBox Stage 320.
The PartyBox Club 120 features Bluetooth 5.3 with LE audio, IPX4 water resistance, and multi-speaker connection thanks to Auracast. It also features up to 12 hours of battery life, plenty of power to keep the party going, but if that wasn’t enough, you’re able to swap out the battery instead of waiting on a re-charge.
The PartyBox Stage 320 has similar specifications on paper but has a higher 240W power output thanks to its dual tweeter and woofer setup. The replaceable battery is also upgraded from 12 hours to 18 hours.
Both speakers also implement HARMAN’s AI Sound Boost, which “analyzes audio in real time with an AI algorithm to optimize the acoustic output level, leading to more powerful and less distorted sound” according to HARMAN.
JBL also announced the PartyBox Wireless Mic to go alongside the speakers. It’s compatible with all of JBL’s party speakers and delivers a clear and crisp sound for upwards of 20 hours.
One key trend, highlighted in a previous post from CES, was an increasing emphasis on sustainability and these products follow that trend with replaceable batteries and the use of up to 70% recycled materials.
